Do I have to give up my personal brand?
Not at all. You keep your name, your brand, and your identity. Any team name or custom branding just needs approval from your State Broker and Epique's marketing team before use.
What's the actual cost to join?
$149 startup fee which includes your first month. Then $149/month after that. No desk fees, no franchise fees, no annual fees, no hidden fees.
When does the cap reset?
Your cap resets on your anniversary date — the date you joined Epique — not January 1st.
What happens to my cap if I join a team?
Traditional team members pay a reduced $10,000 cap and $99/month fee. Your cap is based on your original join date if you ever leave the team.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Your team can join under you as team members, form their own team, or join as individual agents. All can name you as their sponsor if they choose to. Epique supports several team structures including Traditional Teams, Family Teams, Power Teams, and Unofficial Teams — each with different caps, fees, and benefits. What if I'm mid-cap year at my current brokerage?
Epique's Cap Deferment means you can join mid-cap year without losing your progress. You pick up right where you left off.
